Our Mission:
Supporting, developing and promoting alternatives in Mammoth Lakes for Nordic Recreation.

our goal since day one has been to build a community that creates opportunities for persons that share a common interest, indeed passion, for quiet winter sports to make the most of the place we choose to live in or visit.  Our membership continues to grow along with our ambition to raise the bar on the quality of the quiet winter sports experience in and around Mammoth.  Please take a moment to check out our site and learn more about what we  have to offer.  Also, feel free to reach me anytime at brian@mammothnordic.com with feedback or ideas on how we can work together to make our Club stronger and more responsive to the desires and ambitions of you!  We love to hear from our constituents and welcome the opportunity to bring you more of what you seek.

We also want you to know Mammoth Nordic Foundation is working hard for you! We have a lengthy record of advocating for improved facilities for Winter recreation. We envision the Mammoth Lakes Trail System (MLTS), our community walking and bicycle trail, as the backbone of a fantastic Municipal Nordic Trail System (MNTS). Preserving the year-round, non-motorized status of this community asset remains our highest priority. We are always working collaboratively with the Town of Mammoth Lakes and the Inyo National Forest to create meaningful, aesthetic opportunities for quiet winter sports in and around the Mammoth Lakes area.
